Q: How much content do we get on the console version of House Flipper?
A: Besides Apocalypse DLC, which we couldn't bring to PS4 and XBOX One because of PEGI/ESBR ratings, you get the same House Flipper game as PC gamers. If you want to know about our plans, like future DLCs or updates, you can find some answers below.
Q: What’s the difference between the game on basic versions of PS4/Xbox One, and PS4 Pro/Xbox One X?
A: In basic PS4/XBOX versions, the texture render scaling is reduced to 50%. Both consoles run House Flipper at Full HD resolution with stable 30 FPS.
PS4 Pro and Xbox One X textures have the same quality as the PC version. There we’ve also added some additional anti-aliasing and shadow details. You will also be able to unlock the FPS up to 60 frames in the graphics settings. Additionally, on Xbox One X the resolution can be raised to 1800p.
Q: Do you plan to bring any DLCs or seasonal updates to consoles?
A: Besides Apocalypse DLC, which we couldn't bring to PS4 and XBOX One because of PEGI/ESBR ratings, all DLCs and seasonal updates are and always will be available. Happy Flipping!
Q: I already have House Flipper on Steam. Do I have to buy it again for PS4 or Xbox One?
A: Yes, you need to purchase a separate copy of House Flipper on each platform.
Q: Is my progress from the PC version of House Flipper transferable to the console version?
A: Your saves and progress are tied to the platform so there’s no way to transfer anything from one to another.
Q: Will there be any achievements or trophies on the console versions?
A: Yes! On PS4 we have trophies and a platinum for getting them all. On Xbox One you might gain identical achievements.
Q: Is this game going to work on the previous generations of consoles?
A: Unfortunately, no.
Q: Is the console version of House Flipper only available in a digital version?
A: DLCs are only digital. However, the main game can surely be found in the box version! Check your closest store.

A: Yes, House Flipper is available as part of the Xbox Game Pass.
