Q: What minimum requirements are needed to play House Flipper 2?
A: System requirements are always displayed on the game’s Steam card -> House Flipper 2

The minimums look like below:
Operating system: Windows 10 64bit
Processor: AMD Ryzen 5th 1st gen / Intel Core i5 7th gen
Memory: 8 GB RAM
Graphics card: AMD Radeon RX 580 4GB / NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1060 6GB
DirectX: Version 11
Disk space: 6 GB of available space

Q: Will the game have mod support and a Steam workshop?
A: For House Flipper 2 we have prepared something completely new, collaboration with the mod.io platform. It will allow you to easily share your houses and jobs with other players from other gaming platforms or participate in our contests.

Q: Why is there no minimap in the game, which was in the House Flipper 1?
A: That was our deliberate design decision based on three main objectives:

Design philosophy:

Our design perspective was shaped by our experience developing the first House Flipper game and observing player behavior. Often, gameplay involves players looking at the minimap for most of the time instead of inspecting rooms for stains or trash. This led us to develop the concept of what we then called Flipper sense. It encourages players to remain focused on surroundings, adding an element of challenge while searching for overlooked stains or trash.

Complex building structures:

In contrast to the first part of the game, implementing a minimap in House Flipper 2 became challenging due to the possibility of creating diverse and unconventional constructions… by you. Players can freely adjust wall heights, place half-walls, and even position individual blocks in mid-air. Considering the creative freedom, coupled with the ability to download houses or jobs from other players via mod.io, a traditional minimap would not provide meaningful information.

Preservation of surprise element:

The presence of a minimap would eliminate an element of surprise, as players could already know the number of trash pieces and stains awaiting them in every room even before opening the door.

Q: When and what kind of DLC will there be?
A: Free Co-op DLC is on its way to be fully released in May 2025 for PlayStation, Xbox, and PC with crossplay - up to 4 players! For more content DLC, we are always open to your suggestions ;)
